This elegant experience is enhanced by the magnificent, panoramic view of the Bay Bridge that sprawls in front of the oversized windows of this top floor restaurant. A wide variety of courses and a la carte dishes are offered, and the Karyu chefs are especially proud of their seafood delicacies. Patrons can also enjoy the savory delights of dim sum at lunch.

In French, "azur" means blue that is the color of the sky and the ocean, and the restaurant is decorated in elegant tones of azure and beige. The cuisine features an innovative range of classic and modern French dishes created with the freshest ingredients. In addition to an abundance of delightful a la carte dishes, guests can also select from our special seasonal menus. Augmenting Azur's authentic French cuisine is an impressive range of fine vintage wines and champagnes that have been specially selected by our in-house sommelier.
La Vela Italian Restaurant (2nd floor)

La Vela, meaning "sail" in Italian, offers an expansive view of the harbor. The restaurant's concept is an Italian grill, and the chef serves a variety of masterpieces in an inviting atmosphere decorated in chic tones. With the philosophy of "locally-grown, locally-consumed," the chef specially selects fresh ingredients which are then cooked simply such as by grilling, sauteing, or roasting to bring out their goodness. Some of the dishes are made on volcanic rock plates and in specially-made clay ovens, and carving and other presentations are made tableside, so even from your table you can enjoy the action and get a sense of the process.
Ocean Terrace Buffet Dining (1st floor)

Featuring a huge picture window that faces the harbor, the airy and casual Ocean Terrace was designed to evoke the feeling of dining on a bayside terrace. During the day the restaurant is bright and cheerful, and in the evening it takes on a romantic ambiance. The cuisine is served buffet style, and it is a fun and eclectic mix of tastes and textures.

There are three restaurants within Nadaman: Nadaman for traditional fare, Shimizu for sushi, and Takehana Tei for iron-grilled Teppan steak. For lunch as well as for dinner, Nadaman is an ideal venue for socializing and fine dining.
