Homemade Spaghetti with Red King Crab Tomato Sauce(¥2,000)
This is the most popular pasta served at La Vela. It was developed by Mr. Giacomini Alfiero, the first chef at La Vela, and then passed down as a popular dish. The homemade pasta produced every morning at the restaurant, made entirely from durum wheat semolina, allows you to enjoy both freshness and a chewy texture. This classic plate of pasta blends perfectly with the savory sauce, made from a plentiful amount of tomatoes and red king crabs.
