Guests staying on the Club InterContinental floors can expect smooth check-in and check-out service at a dedicated reception desk, open between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (outside these hours please ask at the counter on the second floor). Our personalized high-quality service includes a dedicated concierge service providing helpful information about local restaurants, theaters and sightseeing, as well as a range of business support services.

Exclusive Club Lounge


Lined with bookshelves and featuring a glowing fireplace, the Club Lounge offers a quiet and relaxing place to catch up on some important work free from distractions, or relax and unwind while gazing down upon the bustling Yokohama Minato Mirai district below. The Club Lounge is available only to guests staying on the Club InterContinental floors and does not require prior booking.

The Club Lounge provides breakfast in the morning and a range of beverages and snacks throughout the day as well as drinks and hors d’oeuvres in the evening, all at no charge. The breakfast service includes a dedicated Egg Station, where the chef prepares eggs to order, including popular favorites such as fried eggs and omelettes.
